I have to admit upfront, I did not stand in line for hours at
Fan Fest to get this signed ball by Delino DeShields Jr. One of my autograph buddies took pity on me. I
got to the ball park early and struck out on the lottery. There was nothing at the park for me to do for
another 4 hours. It was cold. I was tired and miserable. He was going to be at the ballpark all day, so
he offered to pick this up for me. Pretty nice of him. I owe him.
