While he had a very long line earlier, by the time I got to
Billy Zane, his line was very short.
He seemed relaxed and wore a cowboy hat. He was doing
selfies at his table. Since he had the
tables you see in bars that are 4 feet tall, he told people to do a cocktail pose
and lean in. It looked like he was enjoying himself.
We talked about the Phantom and reading the comic as a kid
in the newspaper. This was one of the comics that my dad read as he grew up too.
He asked a few questions back to me. He wanted to know if Dad enjoyed the movie and
if it met his expectations. He seemed to care about the opinion of people that
grew up with the comic and not just people that only knew the movie. I liked that he asked.
