When I handed over the photo, she looked up and said she used
to get up early in the morning and switch on the TV to watch Lost in Space
reruns as a kid. I smiled as it was kind of the same for me. My favorite show is
Star Trek but I spent hundreds of hours watching reruns of Lost in Space, Voyage
to the Bottom of the Sea, Time Tunnel, and Land of the Giants. They fueled my childhood
need for sci-fi, albeit bad sci-fi.
Before she signed, she said this needed a quote. I don’t
think she ever said ‘Danger Will Robinson’ in the reboot, but it is such an
iconic phrase that it fits. I was happy with the interaction and the quote.
